Danson Ark Holdings, LLC was built on a simple foundation—family, trust, and the desire to build something that lasts.

Our story begins with a father and son who understood early on the value of hard work and responsibility. What started through years of hands-on experience in construction grew into something more—a shared vision not just to build structures, but to create opportunities through real estate and development.

Phases
1 - ACQUIRE
We identify and acquire strategic real estate opportunities with strong upside potential.This phase is open to investment participation, allowing partners to enter projects at the earliest stage where value creation begins.
2 - ENHANCE
During this phase, we bring each property to its highest potential—whether through ground-up construction, renovations, or strategic improvements. From minor upgrades to full-scale development, every asset is positioned for its intended purpose.
We collaborate with a trusted network of contractors and vendors to execute each project with precision. Through Danico, LLC, we oversee all construction operations, ensuring quality control, cost efficiency, and disciplined execution from start to finish.
3 - POSITION
Once a project is complete, we position the asset for optimal performance. With our trusted real estate professional, Jorge, we prepare properties for sale through strategic pricing and targeted marketing to maximize exposure and returns.
Depending on the opportunity, we may also stabilize the asset for long-term ownership through leasing and operational readiness.
4 - GROW
We execute the strategy that best maximizes value—whether through the sale of the property or long-term retention. This may include generating cash flow through leasing, or leveraging refinancing strategies to redeploy capital into future projects, creating a cycle of continued investment and growth.
